I'd like to know the source of your information. The ONS, Police and Gov.uk have figures very different from yours. All showing the vast majority of rapes are committed by UK nationals with around 60% being white UK nationals. 90% of all sexual assult perpetrators are know by their victims.

More to the point, many people believe anyone not looking "British" are illegals, or criminals. The irony about that sentiment is, possibly the biggest group of drug traffickers in UK are white European, "British" looking gangs.
