I can't understand the Leftie angst about immigration. For some reason virtually all Far Left Progressive want illegal immigrant into their countries. And yet those same people will defend Thailand to the death over their Machiavellian immigration laws. So I'm really confused when the US brings in Homan who is the equivalent of Thailand's Big Joke, and then they start screaming, "Racism" and "Immigrant Hatred." It is hypocritical. All that most conservatives want is an America First policy that allows Legal Immigration where those who arrive in the country are not handed welfare cards and free rent while American citizens are sleeping rough on the street - and no - not every person on the street is a drug addict. With your average starter home somewhere in the $400K range and a studio apartment costs $2000/mo - there is a real problem with housing in the US. If immigrants come into the US, they should be screened to make sure that they can live on the economy without government assistance while Americans who have lived on the US all their lives are struggling badly. You know - exactly like here in Thailand. And yeah - I've listened to Homan and I support his approach. It's past time to get serious about the broken US border. The US needs to repair the social safety net for US born citizens before they even consider to assist so-called "refugees."

And then on steroids beginning March 2020 when we were told with a straight-face that billions of people were going to die of Covid and only forced vaccination will stop the spread. Then it turned out that those same "vaccinations" didn't stop anything no less the spread of Covid. The "main-stream news" is almost completely run by those whose opinions are very left of center to far left of center. And then the politician on the Left who were in power amplified that canard that "there is only one 'correct', 'factual', source of information and that comes from 'trusted news sources' that ARE the main-stream media...and all else is disinformation, misinformation, and malinformation and needs to be censored." They almost got away with it. But! The majority voted "Red" and voted "conservative" or simply voted against having a single progressive, woke opinion crammed down their throats. The majority said, "Enough." Now I hope that beginning with the United States that the First Amendment protections are reinforced and galvanized against another attack on Freedom of Speech. What's that mean? It means the Lefties can spew their own nonsense until the cows come home and we on the conservative right will protect their right to their opinions with the same assertiveness as we will protect all speech from being censored. But we are not accepting censorship and direct attacks on First Amendment protections - in the United States. And hopefully that will catch on in other Neo-liberal, progressive Western states where the population is getting equally sick and tired of their elite woke politicians defining what can and can't come out of their citizen's mouths or put on paper. The only legitimate censor is the censor inside your own head - if you don't like what someone says? Don't listen.
