There is a big difference between getting in the shower and soaping up every time, and just getting in a shower and rinsing off. I may take showers up to four times a day when it's hot, but all but one of those times in nothing but a rinse-down other than perhaps hitting the privates with some suds, and if you're used to using a butt-shower instead of TP, you really don't even need to soap up for that. The conditions will never become better if Ukraine continues the conflict with a losing hand. And there is not going to be a "ceasefire." Russia saw that before during the Minsk accord: If the conflict stops then Ukraine uses the opportunity to rearm, regroup, reentrench, and recover - Russia isn't going to allow that to happen, they'll just continue to press their military advantage. I just don't go down that rabbit hole. If people want to believe that viruses don't exist and that the flu (and Covid, and Rabies, and Herpes) are just "bad humours" or an imbalance of blood, phlegm, black bile, or yellow bile - you know, whatever. That matches my own anecdotal experience. I religiously took my employer provide annual flu shots for decades, and I came down with the flu on the average of about once every three years. But I did get Covid from my wife in August 2023 which amounted to a mild flu and a 72 hours mild fever, and now have natural immunity, probably much like my immune system's reaction to any flu that may be going around - I just don't get it. No shots, no flu. But for all of the Masked True Believers out there. Get all of your shots, regularly. Get your mRNA Covid shots twice a year or as recommended by "The Experts." Safe and Effective!
