Current Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, or Emperor Thaksin Shinawatra. For a guy who came back to Thailand to "stay out of politics" and "live out his elderly years surrounded by his grandchildren" he sure seems to be at the center of the Thai political scene. -
Thaksin Pushes for Single-Party Rule, Faces Coalition Criticism

We can agree on that. Like in the US, it's wayyyyy past time for the geriatric basket cases to hand the levers of power to the next generations. Boomers like me? Retire for Christ Buddha sake! -
Thaksin Pushes for Single-Party Rule, Faces Coalition Criticism

It wouldn't last for long before the Thai army steps up to the plate. Like it or not, in the Thai political scene they are part of the check and balances. Single Party Dictatorship. Jeez. Dude needs to be sent back to Dubai. -
I suggest that it's perhaps best to grow thicker skin. Otherwise you'll be perpetually triggered here and eventually will go the way of bob smith. Personally I really don't care who drops whatever emoji on one of my posts - I just don't care, but then again, starting from about the time I was in boot camp and my DI was screaming at us on Christmas Day - "LIFE ISN'T FAIR - GET OVER IT!" as a bunch of the recruits were all weepy eyed about Christmas. I learned a great lesson in life. By the way - that DI was out there with us on Christmas Day. He walked his talk. I respect that. And honestly, it was "just another day." So like emojis. It just an ASCII character. If you put a lot of significance on it, it will tear you apart. So? Get over it. Don't let it bother you. You're making a big deal out of nothing. Really!

Get them on Lazada. Buy a box. You can verify the authenticity via the 3M website based on the serial numbers. I never had a problem. However - I suggest this instead. N95 mask are essentially single use masks. Get a facemask with P100 inserts. The mask fits snugly and the P100 filters do just that - filter 100% of the particulate. https://www.lazada.co.th/products/3m-6200-2091-p100-pm25-i5467475667-s23183717354.html

Personally I would not buy a computer from the US. There are wayyyyy too many affordable options by purchasing locally and obtaining a warranty that is honored in the SE Asian region. I buy things from Amazon that I can't get here - like underwear that fit and guitar strings for my short scale bass which is close to impossible to find here.

The import fees and taxes are already taken care of. It's seamless. It will just show up on your doorstep. <----- 😕 That's right. Amazon will be delivered by someone who probably doesn't have your telephone number, and they'll just drop it off in front of your door or gate. If it's stolen...oh well. The "Nightmare" will have nothing to do with taxes and custom fees. Speaking from experience. If Amazon has a place to put a notice to the delivery agent, then include your telephone number and instructions not to drop off the package without a signature.

The first thing you should do if your PC came with Windows 10/11 preinstalled? Reinstall a "clean" copy of Windows as you have no idea what malware the vendor installed on your system. A fool and his data are soon parted...and your money too! "I don't know how to do that!" "Well learn!"
-
Let me expound on that. If you don't have a second computer (you should imho) then you need to make and keep a minimum of the following: Backup software like Macrium or EaseUS. (free versions work fine) Learn to make both disk images and backup of files. You do this before your computer has problems. A 1TB or preferably a 2TB external USB hard drive to put you backup data and disk images on. A copy of Rufus USB creation software (free) A USB bootable Windows installation USB thumb drive with whatever version of Windows you use (can be made with Rufus) A USB bootable Window-2-Go "Windows Live" USB thumb drive with whatever version of Windows you use (can be made with Rufus) A USB "Rescue Disk" for your backup software so you can quickly restore your system on new hardware if your computer or your harddrive/SSD blow up. Then educate yourself on how to backup and restore your system, and do a "clean install" of your OS. This is why I recommend keeping a second computer - it gives you a computer to use to educate yourself in backup and restores and system configuration and installs, and it give you a backup system so that when your primary computer crashes you still have a computer to work with.
-
If you don't learn enough about computers to back up your data - well, honestly? You deserve to lose it. Good lord - educate yourself. I keep both file backups and disk/partition images of both my operating system and my data. Multiple copies. And you don't. Don't cry when you lose it all. If my computer crashed and burned, it would take me less than an hour to restore my system on new hardware. And I mean a computer restored to the state of my last disk image with my operating system and all of my data. I can't fathom you people who don't back up your data, no less your operating systems.
-
Back up your data files. Suggest using a third-party backup tool EaseUS Free and select the default common user data files - do not copy system files. Reinstall your operating system to whichever version of Windows you use. Reinstall your software. Restore your user data. Bob's your uncle - well, unless you have hardware issues. You'll probably figure out if it's a hardware problem while doing a clean install of your operating system.

I.e, Teflon Tony is calling for a "Democratic Dictatorship." <laughs> Dude has become a national security risk. Those backing dictatorship may just provoke it - in the form of another military coup. Want a dictatorship? That's the way to get it.
