Well HSBC are worldwide and main head bank address is in Asia. My UK bank is a member bank of HSBC if thats the correct thing to say called First Direct. That good to hear that Nationwide help in that way. I still would think my personal pension providers would not pay into Nationwide International because they will only pay my pensions into a UK bank.

It was the garage manager who told him how much the valet would of cost him because they didn't charge him and also getting a sheduled service for free. To cut story short the damage a foreman employee did to his SUV taking it off the ramp was the front splitter on the front bumper who then said that my son brought the car in like that. He didn't know a mechanic working there was a friend of my son and saw what happened. Anyway my son said he had a full decontamination wash, paint protection and machine polish and the car smells like a new one again.

My bank will not take UK non-residents but made exception for me because I was an existing customer and they except my one and only address in Thailand. Nationwide uk were the same but wanted me to keep a uk address. Whatever uk banks do in the future who knows, if they do I will just have to make other arrangements.

When in Germany I met a guy on a BM with the boxer engine. touring he was 85. ???? I couldn't do our type of ride out on my CRF250 that's why I changed the bike. We usually ride for about an hour and have a 15 min pit stop, 3 times in a day. A typical ride out day is about 4 hours by that time I like to be settled in a guest house.

How much do you pay. The place I go with the truck to get cleaned does a good job and the cheapest one to clean underneath, inside and out cost 180 say (£5). They do a few more costly valet but still what seems reasonable. My son UK told me a garage where he takes his car had damaged a front part of his car. They got fixed as new a didn't charge for the car service and as a good will gesture had a valet done that cost £200.???? When I said whow !!!! he said that you can get a car wash for about a £10 but they have valet clean prices going up to £600, the UK has gone mad.

why don't you find a place that does car air-cons.

An alternator will turn and produce a spark when a the car is in a suitable gear for a push start.

Never tried such a thing so I wouldn't know.
