've heard that your exit date is tied to work permit. But Immigration gave the March 2021 stamp, knowing that the work permit expires in December.
Interesting. In 25 yrs. here, I've never heard of this. Why did Immigration give him an extension that runs beyond the expiry date of the Work Permit ? Or, maybe he is working on a Marriage extension ? If that is the case, he can remain in Thailand on that basis.

Oct. 2 on my calendar, but it is not a statutory holiday.

All Thai schools are required to provide a specified number of instructional hours per year. I taught at four different Thai high schools in three different provinces. Three of these were essentially the same in terms of holidays: - all of April with possibly a few days of either March, May or both, so 5 - 6 weeks
- one week in late October, so 9 - 10 days including the weekends and Chulalongkorn Day (Oct.23
Statutory Holiday.)
At one school, we didn't have to return from our long holiday until about June 1, but we had to work a longer workday.
The dates I am giving you are for a normal school year. This year has been affected by Covid - 19, which delayed the start of the school year by 6 -7 weeks. The midterm break has been pushed back to start approx. Nov, 1. And, I think most schools will be working more or less until Songkran. Any that are not doing that may have some combination of a longer school day or compulsory Saturday classes.

I am always amused by this sort of article, always written by a farang of course.
- there was essentially nothing here until the farang arrived
- whatever small number of farang were here at that moment completely changed the course of Thai history.
I had wondered why this road was sometimes labelled as "New Road" on English-language maps. Do Thai taxi drivers or any other Thai's use that name ? Going off-topic, but why are the roads with "Phraram" in their name rendered as "Rama" on English-language maps. I soon found out after my arrival in Bangkok that no Thai person understands "Rama".

I am not in Pattaya. If you can find a photocopy shop, they might have a computer terminal where you can download, print and copy. Not an internet cafe per se, but it might serve the purpose.

I do not have personal experience on this subject, but I have heard that Tisco Finance will sometimes lend to a foreigner that the banks won't touch.

If the author of the OP had written the last sentence first, he wouldn't have needed to write the rest of the article.

I am assuming you did a SWIFT transfer. You need to allow about three business days. Do a daily, check at an SCB ATM. If it shows "Ledger Balance: B xxx, xxx", that means your transfer has arrived, and will be available at 1:00 p.m. the next business day.
If you want to enquire, you have to start by asking the sending bank.

Try to remember which date you went last time, then work out 90 days after that, and go to Immigration 14 days before or 7 days after. Simple.
And remember, the day you went in counts as Day 1, not Day 0. (In Thailand, never leave anything until the final day.)

You might be able to do a Statutory Declaration at your Embassy in Bangkok. " I solemnly swear...." "I am aware that making a false Declaration is a criminal offence" ... You sign it, and the embassy official signs and seals it to show that it was sworn in front of him. I did one once for a Canadian bank.

The best bank for you is the one that will open an account for you. This is usually the hardest step. Begin asking at different banks now. Giving your location might elicit replies from those with local knowledge. If Bangkok, give your District, a main intersection or a landmark building. It is a big city.

Posts like this are a laugh. Thailand survived for centuries, and will do so again. The last thing it needs is planeloads of foreigners arriving here from these Covid infested banana republics, which are unable to control the virus.

Take this for whatever it may be worth: On Aug. 16, I sent a letter from Thailand to Alberta, Canada by EMS. (Post Office affiliated courier). After 18 days, it hasn't arrived there yet. EMS did their job, getting it out of Thailand in just over 24 hrs. (measured from my home in Isarn.)
In early Aug., I had sent another letter by EMS to Vancouver, that one was there in 12 days.

Asking on behalf of a friend, whose situation is somewhat similar. He is presently on an Amnesty from a visa exempt (Tourist) entry. Any word yet on how someone like him, who has now found a job, might be processed ?

Oct. 23 is always a holiday. Wan Piya Maharat "Great Beloved Day" commemorates the death anniversary of King Phraram V.

Posts of this sort should state your location.

Samui has a discount card for locals. That means they are overcharging everyone. else. If they want me to visit, they have to eliminate that.

Topics such as this one, inviting uninformed people to speculate, should be deleted. They accomplish nothing except to cause people to seize upon the earliest date that is mentioned, and start talking about it as if it is a fact. There is also a definition problem: What does reopen mean ? For whom ? Going to, or coming from where ?
I have no idea when Thailand will reopen, whatever that word means to you. I can say with 99% certainty, that the country is not going to throw open its borders to anyone from anywhere on Day One.
People who need something to speculate on something can stand by the side of the road, and speculate on the last digit of the licence plate on the next car to come along.

There are several Church of Christ in Thailand (CCT) schools in Thailand. If you can't find at least 4 in Bangkok, at least one in Chiang Mai city, and at least 2 south of Bangkok, reply here and I could help you.

To the OP: My brief answer to your question is "yes". I am presuming you mean that you want to confirm your permanent residence at a time when you are not actually there. The Immigration computer system which records hotel/guesthouse stays is not linked to the system which records "90 days" reports. You do not need to worry about being caught being in two places on the same day. And, Immigration does not do bed checks. Note that if you are doing your 90 Day report in person, it can only be done at the office of the province where your residence is located.

For the sake of clarity, may I propose the following definitions:
1. Property Salesman - you are an employee of a company which is planning to build, is building, or has built a condominium development.
2. Rental agent - you are self-employed, and work on commission, matching landlords and tenants. You are paid a commission by the landlord.
3. Real Estate Salesman - you are an employee of a Real Estate Agent, who takes listings from owners wanting to sell their property.
4. Real Estate Agent - you are the owner (licence holder) of a real estate agency.
I have seen foreigners working as #1. #2 is a business, so I think you need a 51% Thai partner. #3 is probably possible if you are called a "Marketing Manager", or something similar. #4. I would concur with blackcab's comment that a foreigner can't hold this position. at best he could be a minority shareholder, with a majority Thai shareholder who is the agent.

Adding a second signatory to a fixed term bank account

I don't know the answer to your question. But, why don't you jointly start a new account, instead of trying to convince the bank to modify the existing one ?
Be aware - for a very obvious reason, you can't use a joint account for Immigration purposes.
