    I recently had an op at Bangkok Pattaya hosp. July 2023. I have longstanding insurance but they required deposit of 250,000 baht. I gave bankers draft that was returned after insurance settled.

    Yes. The government hospitial in Banglemung now require you pay in advance for some tests. Blood tests for example. I think the problem of unpaid bills was foreign workers rather than expats.

    The juristic manager has legal control of the common area and if the co owners have agreed to repaint this area and approved finance for the project a restraining order on the silly co owner should be obtained legally. After a warning letter from the management.

    Has any resident of Pattaya noticed one iota of improvement by these visits by top policemen. Except of course for the few hours during the visit.

    The sub they have now never leaves the dock and is a tourist attraction for Thais only. Why they should want another one is beyond me perhaps for the kickback from the deal.

    this is common practice at government hospitals. I don't mind too much as i have the option to use a private hospital. However my blood pressure readings are a bit higher during my visits to the doctor.
