Digital "money" is just tokens given to you by a bank. Numbers on a screen. These tokens can be deducted at source at negative interest rate, or given a time limit to spend. There are a few beaches on the East coast from Rayong that are infamous for 'riptides', including Mae Rumphung, and Koh Chang. People drown there every year, unfortunately. Has anyone heard the same about Koh Samet?
