Yes. I have had meds sent for years by mail with no issues but but if they catch it it is a PITA.

About two months ago I had a package with a few clothing items and also a couple bottles of Metformin. I had to go to the customs office in Laem Chabang and open the package for inspection. Customs form had fairly accurate list of contents and the Metformin was described as "Supplements". No medications or supplements can legally be mailed to Thailand without a import license. They didn't just confiscate the contraband item. The entire package was confiscated. The lady I dealt with actually offered to wait to finalize their actions if I wanted to go get an import license. She even told me the office I would need to go to wasn't very far away. I didn't bother since I figured that it probably would be a waste of time. There was no issue with any fines, just lost the package. They said it would be returned to sender.

How about using the stuff you take to get ready for a colonoscopy the next day? Called Colon-Prep or something like that. Would using that for a complete flush out say every 3-4 months, or every 6 months, be beneficial? I remember reading a post a long time ago that said colonics, which I believe is just a very thorough enema, can actually mess up your gut bacteria and kill off the good bacteria you need. I suppose using Colon-Prep would be like a colonic on steroids.

There was a recent topic about watch repair shops in Pattaya that mentioned 4 or 5 shops. Replacing a second hand is a pretty simple task. Try googling "watch repair shop Pattaya".

Hogwash. On Fox it easy to tell what is presented as facts from opinion pieces. Unlike CNN and other liberal rubbish that present opinions as facts.

A couple of reasons. One, he broke a watch case of mine by when he removed the bezel. Not really a big deal since I asked him to do it to swap it for another. Unfortunately it wasn't a watch that the bezel was designed to be moved and replaced. It was a Chinese replica of a diving watch and not expensive so no great loss. I am swapping the parts into a new watch case. The bigger reason was after that, when I took three watches to him for various work. After three weeks he had not touched a single one of them. He said he was so busy he just hadn't had the time. I retrieved my watches and then found Bombs Watch Shop where everything was fixed as requested and done quickly.

That is the one I used a couple of times and would not recommend.

Mr. Jacks' on Soi Buakhow Just before it meets Central Pattaya Rd (Pattaya Klang) is more well known for sales but can do watch smith work. Downside is highest prices of the three different shops I have used in Pattaya. The shop on South Pattaya Rd (Pattaya Tai) has the best prices of the places I've been to but also the least competent. Not terrible, but not great either. For simple repairs or battery changes he was ok. The shop I would recommend is Bombs Watch Repair Shop in South Pattaya on Soi Khopai. Better prices and quicker than than Mr. Jacks. It is a one man shop and he is often not open during the hours stated on his facebook page. Best Supermarket moved and is now in a new location on Naklua Rd just North of Soi 18. A lot farther for the OP than the old location. There is also a Foodland in Terminal 21 that a lot of people seem to forget about.
