  1. Did cancellations and restart a couple of times without any extra fees or messages. But that was a "few" since 2018. I remember having seen some abuse clauses in their terms?
  2. They don't learn. I don't live too far away but absolute no under these conditions. Haven't visited a dual rip off price location since years. Who do they think we are?
  3. With and without mask. A massive overweight guy attacking children and women in a a massage shop. Disgusting.
  4. Good they didn't forget to add. So far there wasn't even a single high scale typhoon this year. Just "tropical storm" and the results are still catastrophic for many.
  5. Yes, just a bit hard to see against the dark background.
  6. A bit cheaper at least. So far they sold a different type for 1200 Baht for five tests (240/test). Available for long at drugstores/pharmacies.
  7. Are you seriously asking ME??? I have been to Bangkok maybe six times in my life. I simply hate it. I have almost ruined my new small car in 2011. Water in the footrest.
  8. From your avatar I would assume you speak Russian. Always try Russian first with a white girl
  9. AMG C43 for Thailand? No. Currently you wouldn't get any further than 50 km out of town. Nice for Bangkok promenade posing. My Benz for today:
  10. There was no "spit out all" button I once managed to crash a KBank ATM while trying to register my card for online purchase. After Windows logo passed I fortunately got my card back.
  11. Wise words remembered. Just seen the broken dam in Korat province. Worst flooding in Chaiyaphum in decades. Many other flooded areas around the country. And here the crop is drowned. Even from 2011 I can't remember such levels.
  12. You have to arrange taxi service. I had good experience with Tom Taxi service (it's a while ago but post Covid). +66982812537 info (at) tomtaxiservice.com (unfortunately their website currently has a problem) You find misc other hints in the forum.
  13. Seen this thread a bit late. Yes the maintenance downtime was announced as shown above. But I find the timing quite "remarkable". Starting on a Friday evening into Saturday morning! And then not able to finish work as announced. For comparison KBank or KTB do start late Saturday night and finish Sunday morning. In 3rd world country Germany these maintenance breaks existed until the 2000s. During my time at university and at a major German tech company there even was a weekly maintenance break up to the 1990s. Dinosaur (Cobol) machines needed some cleanup But indeed I can not remember having seen for the last 10 years or so. And as written other Thai banks also have these maintenance breaks. KTB just until this morning. KBank from time to time.
  14. The rain adding up but the uncountable lock downs, domestic travel rules etc. have done a lot since months. Just think about no buses on the road for long, schools closed etc. When was the last terrible bus accident with xx victims? This years total is 9731 deaths. That's significantly lower than pre Covid.
  15. Fortunately not me. But remember reading about such mishap. Contact the ATM operating bank ASAP.
  16. Bell Bus website, try to book. https://rrcticket.com/customer/Webhome Result: "No data available". Guess the OP does not need the hot tip to take a taxi (1000 Baht).
  17. I hesitated to write that. Sorry for another young death, mourning mother. But will it ever change? No. BTW total death toll is comparably low at this time, "only" 24 deaths yesterday, 70% motorcyclists (as usual).
  18. Thanks for that. Lets it feel a bit easier to stay home. Here rain since Friday evening, coming and going, strong, not so strong. All flavors. Never flooding here.
  19. I think it's a while ago that this method didn't work anymore. Maybe related with the CAT/TOT merger?
  20. Some time ago I bought a pack of the overpriced kits (5 for 1200 Baht). Out of curiosity I just found that they were actually manufactured in South Korea (SD Biosensor). Some German consulting company and Roche (Germany) involved. No wonder that they are expensive. Had to remove a big sticker on the back to see it:
  21. If the topic starter would have provided essential info one could look at this.
