He was detained at Building C, sixth floor, room 557/965, Manor condominium on Sanambinnam Road in Bang Kraso subdistrict, Mueang district, Nonthaburi province.
He was charged with “being an alien who entered and remained in the Kingdom after permission had expired,” an offence under Section 81 of the Immigration Act B.E. 2522 (1979).
