September 7, 20178 yr Is anyone familiar with the process of hiring a land surveyor to determine property boundaries in Thailand? It is relatively easy back home but being Thailand I thought it best to check. The property is approximately 2 hours drive southwest of Bangkok.
September 7, 20178 yr You can normally pay for a surveyor from the land office, bit dear I'm thinking couple of thousand baht, but that may include "adjusting" borders.Someone may know more detail Sent from my iPad using Thaivisa Connect
September 7, 20178 yr Depends on the land office, there is one price for them to get around to it right away and another if you don't mind waiting in the line for them to do it on their schedule Most Land Offices contract with a private certified surveyor and price is usually around 2 or 3 thousand Baht, final price depends on size, difficulty and of course your time schedule
September 8, 20178 yr Author Okay, thanks for the information. If the land was surveyed some time in the past by the owner will that information (boundary map) be available from the relevant Land Office for a fee?
