They must be so pissed at the huge storm that hit last night. I know, I know: Ladprao Rd isn't flooded - it's just water that hasn't drained away yet  Just saying that it's the slowest 'drainage' this year so far

According to Accuweather there will be increased activity in the western Pacific over the next 3 weeks. The likelyhood of more tropical storms is 100% certain it is just a question if the country will get a direct hit or not and what the tide level will be when the peak runoff reaches Bkk. In 2011 the tide played an important role in the flood.
