I've been there a few times now, and it's definitely a much quicker and more pleasant experience than Cheng Wattana... BUT.....

I heard someone say recently that it has or is going to stop processing 90 day reports.

Anyone know what the story is?

There have been posts by members doing a report there being told they would have to their next report at Chaeng Wattana.

Also reports of the other offices that accept them telling people the same thing.-

thx Joe, but no definitive word on if they are stoppong, have stopped or when they will stop...?

No reports yet of anybody being turnaway for trying to do one yet.

Online reporting is working again, Reports of Chaeng Wattana approving them within hours.

My online 90 day report stayed at Pending for 7+ days. I reported to CW on 7th day.  But my buddy did online report and was approved a few hours later. So I guess online is haphazard.

I can't do online reports because my Arrival card is 11 years old and it's not on their system.... I'd have to leave the country and get a new one.

I went Cheng Wattana Mon about 9:30am, biggest queues I've ever seen...  about 140 before me in the queue.

Asked if LadPrao was still doing 90 Day reports and was told yes.

Decided to give Imperial World LadPrao a try. Got there about 10:15am. Lifts not even working, and only some of the escalators!

Got to 5th floor and queue out the door and halfway down the corridor!

Back to Cheng Wattana. Got there just as my number came up. In and out less than 5 mins :)

Doing them by mail is another option. Many people do them that way without a problem.

Info is here including the address for Chaeng Wattana. https://www.immigration.go.th/content/sv_90day

Thanks, but I don't trust the post service to deliver a phone bill, no way I'm giving them my passport.....

I should go out of the country to get a new TM6, since that's why I can't use the online system.... Mine's over 10 years old, and not in their system. Not that it tells me that, just gives some ridiculous and unhelpful error, I had to discuss the problem at some length at Immigration to find out.

You only send copies of your passport. From the webpage I posted a link to.

Quote
  1. Photocopy of passport pages with following pages
    - front page showing name / surname / Passport No., ect.
    - current visa
    - last entry stamp of immigration
    - last extension of visa

I can confirm they are no longer accepting 90-day reports at Imperial Lat Phrao immigration, unless you are from one of the neighboring countries that the branch handles. I went a couple weeks ago, after having my previous 90-day reports processed there in years past. They would not accept it, did not even get the "OK, but next time you go to Chang Wattana".

I was told it's over, except for the nationalities that branch handles. They gave me the form and told me to go to Chang Wattana.
