Report Post issues

Started a few days ago, the "Report Post" link has issues.

 

Sometimes I click the link and a popup appears (as is normal) and I can enter text and submit report.

Mostly now the popup just gives a never ending spinner (waiting for Godot?)

Sometimes the popup appears but won't allow any text entry

Sometimes the link doesn't present a popup at all but takes me to another page to post a 'report'  

One time I clicked the report link ...and it posted the report to the actual forum thread (I don't understand how that can even happen).

 

Anyway just thought I'd mention it, again.
