Need Degree Certified/Affidavit

Hello all,

 

I need to get my degree and post graduate diploma certified by the British embassy. They say they cant do this but I can fill in the following form https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/630642/attachment_1.pdf

 

Has anyone ever done this?

 

One problem is that I can't see one of my unis(Napier) on the list of authorized bodies https://www.gov.uk/check-a-university-is-officially-recognised

 

Does anyone know if the embassy will sign an affidavit of my educational qualifications?
