Sausage Casings / Pattaya / Makro out....

Featured Replies

Anybody can help me out with a place to get sausage casings. Makro seems to be "out" for a while now.  Thank you all.  MS>

The only thing I can think of is what I came across while shopping in the Mall Supermaket in Korat was a packet of Isaan sausage spice mix with the skins supplied as well

Now that brings me to my Questions - Do all Makro's have these & what section would I find them in

If Makro has them they are in the frozen meat section. Ask for SAI.

You might find in a local larger market with a sausage vendor, if lucky. Regards.  MS>

Sorry, would not know. Doing this post for a friend. I buy my sausages done .....:-)   MS>

I've asked at both my local Makros but no luck.. Just the usual "mai mee"

Yes the ones Makro used to stock were natural sausage casings ( from pig intestine ) Not the artificial collagen casings.
