On Wednesday the new barrel and domed piston was fitted to the scooter. Now a staggering 120cc????

Was concerned the starter would suffer from the higher compression but seems it has auto decompression.????

???? Just because I can.  Found the local re bore business, bought the barrel from Honda etc. I would have fitted it myself but easier if the local shop does it as he has a lift and I've got creaky knees.

CVT and spring etc I can do as I lay the bike on its side. Oh! I should change the injector for which I also don't need creaky knees . It'll run a bit rich but...

Changed the injector but couldn't get the idle speed perfect but then realized I have "Idle/Stop". Now I'm not worried about it being perfect as the engine stops. It doesn't need to idle.

^ No just leave it on Idle/Stop. I might continue to play. Haven't seen if I can easily adjust the airflow yet. Only one screw visible. Stable at 2100 but book says 1700. Mind you it never was really stable at 1700. I only notice as I have a tach.. Most won't know what the idle speed is.

Most normal idle speeds on bikes are 1000-1100, unless otherwise mods you have done require it to be more.

VN,

if papa hooks a spark-pickup tach to

say

the ceeber150 HT lead,

the indicated reps will be 2x the actual rpm.

Fires twice per 4-cycle,

at near top for ignition

and top before intake.

2100 on the meter would be

1050 true.

Just readjusted my handlebars after riding into a "journey to the centre of the earth" pothole. I thought the mirrors had been shaken loose but no the force of my weight on the bars had pushed them forward.

Bonus:- I know the phone mount works as my phone was still in the holder.

Would have been a tank slapper if the scooter had a tank????

Handle bar conversion and with a new supplied clutch cable for the bike it is not long enough.

The clutch is a heavy pull so saw this gadget on Lazada, i bought to give me move length and reach bit it does make the clutch much lighter on pull.

2016 KTM Duke 200. Daisy.

Have had this rattle, chain-like , at low R’s.
So ordered a new cam-chain tensioner,
as online folks seem to have had this prob.
B1930.+ local labor.
Didn’t help.
Bought a new 520 drive-chain and
ordered a 14T sprocket from a shop in Chiangmai.
Some confusion but eventually the
part showed up.
B760.
My mech installed
and said he had the same sprocket,
in stock
[same as for Honda NSR,]
B150.     ????
The old sprocket was very worn.
All sorted.

In contrast looked at my Airblade now 16 years old,  Castrol power 1 still looks good after 3years not done enough kilos to change yet.

Never changed anything on it except for totally recharged dead batteries and slick tyres showing inner lining.

Don't think Papa would approve. ????
