Had them delta coolant. 2016. Oil change was complicated by aftermarket skid plate. Drained oil looked pretty good, 8Kkm. Labor B360. Tip B140. Turns out that the Lazada fuel filter was wrong. Having no luck finding correct one. Ktm Bangkok for fuel filter but that said a Honda one will do ya.
Popular Post Kwasaki
Changed the handle bars to aid tight slow turn maneuvering. My 130/16 front has a strong road surface grip. Makes the bike feel lighter Just waiting for new double bubble screen also having the front canopy support stand altered to accommodate the turn movement of the new bars. Guess you know , but make sure nothing makes contact if you increase the turning angle. Is that 130 front a standard size. Thought they were 120. Had a 96 RWB blade.

There's no increase the wider bars are positioned so everything is clear on either full lock. 92 -to 95 had 130 tyres and 16inch front wheels which I prefer they turn quicker than 120 - 17's. 1

Popular Post Kwasaki
Fitted double bubble screen today that just leaves a support stay to fabricate to support the front headlight canopy so I can fit mirrors, then loosen bottom suspension clamps to CPR to the front suspension legs to get the alignment spot on.

Yeah wanted change and wide bars make easier for low speed maneuvers, bike reminds of my Bandit 1200 I had although it's lighter and faster. Popular Post Kwasaki
Fabricated a new steel support strap to accommodate the new bars conversion. Works quite well only a bit of vibration on bad roads. Will change the temporary bolt at Y join for a better bolt when I get to the motorcycle shop. The new bars make maneuvers easy now no effort in turning at stand still. Got front wheel alignment spot on now too, feels good. Going for a longer spin today to blow cobwebs off.
Popular Post Kwasaki
Had a good 75 Kilo ride about to my buddies coffee shop going different ways like forms a circle trip with some mostly good roads. Got the bike set up about as soft as dare go for the undulated roads and bumps and I was pretty pleased the way she handled. Hasn't happened for a while but as does a Thai was looking and asking about bike because it is a rare machine. He said is it new which I find amusing as its 28 year old this year. I take it as a compliment though of my 2 years work getting up to a reasonable condition. They always ask how fast and he said does it go to 140 kph I said yes it nearly does that in 1st. ???????? Popular Post papa al
After taking the mighty Lifan in for a front brake master cylinder rebuild, a while back, found that the hydraulic line had air inside so had to pump lever to achieve braking. Also, riding today, the speedo/odometer stopped. Took to shop where they also found that the front wheel bearings were bad. They fixed all three items and adjusted & lubed chain, all for B260. Tipped mech 100.

Hummin
Getting ready for a long trip down south. Should be nice to be on the road when my eara reaching 100 - 160ppm at the moment. Forrest and field fires just escalated over the last week here, so time to get out, and not only sit inside aircon and air purified room.

It was an unbranded H4 LED bulb on Lazada - there's several sellers, all from China. It needs to be specific for motorcycles, as many H4's for cars have no dip/main capability. VocalNeal
OK. If I change I will have to use Auxito then. As yours is unbranded, so difficult for you to tell me which one it is.

I got 2 from Lazada and they were labelled amongst the Thai writing as Gizzer H4 in a proper package so I have fitted them and all been good for 6 months or so. They were 156 each. Cheaper ones I bought before didn't last long

Kwasaki
Rode bike yesterday and then it sounded extra noisy, checked end can today and the DB insert piece has gone. The small screw clamping it in position didn't do any good. Trying to get hold of a CBR1000RR OEM muffler, would of thought some would be knocking about in Thailand the way Thais change mufflers for aftermarket ones.
