Almost totally delusional.........the only thing he got right was that some people will escape the development and move to other places.   They have already destroyed what was good about the place.  More of the same will not fix the main underlying problems:  poor infrastructure, extremely poor city planning, overpopulation, traffic problems, extreme water pollution, deliberate destruction of both beaches (Pattaya and Jomtien), extreme corruption, unbelievable noise pollution (and they refuse to do anything about it), no zoning (or the laws are not enforced), among others.
