Dormant condo development soi Wat Boon.. Jomtien

Apologies for starting a new thread but I couldn’t find the thread that previously referenced this development.

 

 

 

I noticed some activity this week - anyone know if the project is starting up again.

Which condo block are you referring to? I live on Soi Wat Boon and don't know which condo you mean.

It might be the Savannah Sands Condo project by Universal on Soi Wat Boon.    I think there was a crane collapse that stopped construction.   I think that is the only big project righ ton Soi Wat Boon at present.

LOL , when I lived in Paradise Park in 2013  that project was starting up , good luck with that one.

According to there website, they never stopped working on it. construction updates and photos for at least the last 12 months. I have lived close-bye for a year or so and cant recall it not having activity in that time..

 

I think I recall maybe mid last year no activity.
