Many thanks, Sheryl. I know very little on the subject and trying to help someone who knows even less.
She's already on meds for hyperthyroidism and will test her hormone levels soon. They were tested a few years ago and were low.
I assume the best way is to bring the hormone results to a doctor and ask them what to take? Or can you get away with sorting it out yourself?
The basis of any good soup is a good stock — bones, celery, carrot, and onion, with a few peppercorns.
Make it ahead, freeze it, and you’ve got pure flavor ready to go into any soup or dish.
It’s cheap and adds real depth without needing extra flavouring loaded with salt or MSG.
Thanks for your testimony and I feel for you and your wife and the ordeal you are going through caused by these '100% safe and effective' shots. And I can only hope that your story will trigger people to do a bit of research before rolling up their sleeve for yet another shot or booster.
But what I cannot understand is the mindset of someone that reacted on what you wrote by posting a 'laughing emoji'.
