Can anyone suggest a source for books in Thai? We're in the states and I'd like to order something for my wife. And, if your a reader, anything you can suggest that isn't a trashy romance novel? Fiction, detective, crime, drama type. Ok, hope your enjoying the heat, its freezing here.

You could try "Kinokuniya" a major bookseller here in Thailand.

I live upcountry and have had excellent courier service deliveries.

 

They have numerous stores in Thailand, their main sales office email is [email protected] or just Google the site and send an email to any of the stores asking for info about exporting to US.

 

I would have thought there are book stores selling Thai language books in US.

"Kinokuniya" was exactly what I was looking for. On stores here in the states, no we haven't found any. That doesn't mean that they aren't here though. We're around Boston and there isn't anything here so, maybe California or some specialty shop. Anyway, now lets see how crazy they are on shipping. Might have to bulk order and have some friend send then over by boat :)
