Best place to exchange $20 dollar bills?

Featured Replies

Hi!

Where can I get the best exchange rate for $20 bills in Pattaya?

Thanks

Probably Super Rich.      Their website is offering B32.06.

According to google maps there is only 1 Super Rich shop in Pattaya, and apparently it's not the same company as super rich in Bangkok. It's a scam.

scam is a big word, but not applicable in this case, they use a play on letters in their name but are a good company to use

TT exchange shops, the yellow ones. You will lose around 0.6% on the exchange. That's an exchange loss of around 12 cents on every $20 exchanged. You would be hard pressed to beat that anywhere in the world and the only place to beat that in Thailand is to get yourself to Bangkok to Pratu Nam and change it at Super Rich. The difference won't be worth the cost and hassle.

I have just checked a few places and definitely TT is the best. I was surprised to see that TT will pay for euros more than the xe market rate. So people exchanging euros are making money! The loss on the dollar is about $1 for every $100 of $20 bills you sell.
