Cost of running a small company?

Can anyone tell me the overall yearly cost of maintaining a small limited partnership?

Not the initial cost to set it up. But the outlay for accounting services, the yearly costs for financial statements and auditing, In other words - just the cost of keeping the company running?

 

PLUS - what will it cost to close it down at the end

I doubt you’ll get a worthwhile answer here as the costs are too variable. You should contact an accountant as they will be able to give you accurate costs/quotes.

Well, yes, I imagine they are variable. But surely there's a figure that folks can say "well it's going to cost you at least . . . XXX per year". 

I'm not looking for a precise breakdown, just some idea of what it is probably going to cost me!
