Not removed, just relocated. It's directly above the Survey link "Live Chat", just not highlighted now. I assume you mean the forum home page and not the Thaivisa portal page.

yes, ive just found it, but had to search it out.

because its not looking people in the face its sort of died a natural death.

any chance of getting it back in front of the readers to stimulate conversation.?

We are changing the menu when we have a new service. Right now we highlight the ongoing survery as you see. When that is finished beginning next week, we will highlight the Chat more. We also have some ideas how to market the chat more, but haven't had the time for it yet
