Do you mean Tha Maharaj pier?

Could very well be Tha Maharaj.  I was on and off the boat several times so may have confused the piers.

Do those two malls actually co-join in the basement level where the market is?  Kind of confusing.

 

No...nothing in the basement level connecting Central Chidlom and Central Embassy.

 

However, there is a longish indoor walkway connecting the two malls that starts at the rear of Central Embassy, I believe on the second level, and goes to the second level of Central Chidlom.

For outdoor coffee, very little beats the little Amazon Coffee at Siam Square.
