May 7, 20187 yr Research I read found no significant diff on food timing for weight loss. I eat different times each day but same sort of foods and have not seen any diff over 5 months from timing. Weekly weight loss much the same every week. I loss more if I train more or eat less. The timing doesnt matter. However I do have a shake prior to exercising for energy, protein and hydration but normal meals I just eat when hungry.

I read similar things, that there is not much difference though if your interested in gaining some muscle from your training the workout window is still important. It really is the time that your muscles will take up more nutrients then other times. How much extra.. no idea.
