when i get massages the best ones come from ladies that say they are from issarn region. why is that?  where is this place

I assume you are in Pattaya, if not to visit Issarn you must go to Pattaya  and start at the intersection of Soi Buakhoa and Soi Lengkee. Go inland or west until you get to Pattaya 3rd Road. Turn right and walk until you get to Bung Koch. You will see a sign for the Castle fetish club and the Buffalo Bar.   From there you are on your own.

Here is a map of Thailand, the white part with city labels is Isaan. Basically the eastern part of Thailand.

 

It’s a big area and the poorest region of Thailand, which is why many of the young Isaan people migrate to the cities to find work, and many of the ladies end up in Pattaya to give “massages” to foreigners.

 

The best massages I’ve had in Thailand are from people with formal training in actual massage therapy.
