As we know Thailand has quite strict defamation laws.

But what does this mean in practice?

Let's say somebody writes something bad about me on facebook.

Is this criminal or civil law or both?

Would i get compensation because the other person made me lose face?

Avoid the topic, will only bring grief

 

theoretically allowed if in public interest, but thats another no go area
