BANGKOK: -- A Nigerian man was arrested in the Bang Chak area on a charge of methamphetamine possession while he was allegedly on his way to distribute ''ice'' drugs valued at three million baht to a middleman. Pol Maj-Gen Panya Mamaen, head of Tourism Police, said Edward Tabang Ketang, 30, was apprehended in Sukhumvit Soi 64 in Phra Khanong district with one kilogramme of methamphetamine and a fake Lesotho passport in his possession.
