it has been a huge topic on news sites in my home country too.

I absolutely LOVE Bali, but certainly do not go for the waters there (except maybe for the refreshing waters in a cold green BINTANG RADLER bottle), though there are some quite okay beaches south of Kuta that are not easy to access (hence ´not overcrowded). The sunset is still lovely.......

went in Oct, ( last trip was 2004) beside the water, the island is very crowded &  expensive, can not even imagine a vacation there in High season.

It's " whoever " , not " whom ever " , as anyone of normal intelligence knows. Very elementary grammar.
