The Australian lumpenproletariat-Andlo-Celts all-has been bludging off the system for at least three generations,

Give me a Syrian,Vietnamese,Cambodian or a Fairey penguin for that matter..

The quintessential Australian bludger remains a drunken (or drug addled) Caucasian loser.

Sorry to spoil your day.

Hopefully you will get your dream wish soon.

It is peculiar how some are allowed to work against the law and some are nabbed. He must have upset someone. Be peaceful and polite. Hug your neighbor.

No thank you, no hugs please.

Sorry,,

They are the remnants of an older culture,,

The one's that survived the white intellectual brain spasm on the 26th of January,1788

Let's get drunk.

Let's chop down all the gum trees

Let's kill all of the native population..

They were Europeans,of course,

They are the true native Australians.

All the rest, Caucasian bludgers and otherwise, are miscreants masquerading under a misbegotten totem of nationality.

...and God bless 'em!

Accordingly, a farang real estate agent is less likely to take advantage of and/or cheat a buyer.

You may not caught much of the fairly recent news but there's been Hungarians, Israeli and British "real estate agents" all being variously banged up for offing fellow Hungarian, Israeli and British "real estate agents".

Then there was the duplicitous Italian taking deposits for luxury yachts that were never built.

Oh, here's another one...

I don't need too...

So many people now working on visas and WPs issued through agents with "contacts" in immigration and the relevant offices.

For about 20000 it seems you can get round any hiccough or obstacles, like unverified degree or noncompliant job description etc etc.

If ever immigration or Dept Labour got a new broom, hundreds of people would be leaving the country.

The fact is the system is archaic and decrepit and the only way Thailand can get foreigners to set up small businesses and the like is to bend the rules. This unfortunately helps those who don't mind bending rules but filters out good honest and qualified candidates who want to go by the book.

My friend has legit business regarding selling and renting property without your bending of the rules. In fact the business is on the Net and the business name is in English...:stoner:

Strange is that in Thailand it is the husbands duty to take care of the family so why do we need a WP ???

P.s

I have a WP and it is really not a big problem to get......Even though we are not BOI or have a farrang-Thai ration of 1-4..... So no excuse for not have a WP....

Be careful! Your "friend" won't be very happy with you when immigration or Dept Labour come calling.

Yet the law sites you have to be 4 to 1 so your WP is illegal or dodgy?

No it is leagal. My companies lawyer talked to the labour department who wrote into the WP that I where given an exemption from the 4-1 rule.

The argument the labour department accepted, was that since I am married to a Thai woman, it is my duty to support her and her family (since I am a man).

Further he claimed the family de-facto law is the most important law in TH and that any court would grant me a WP since I need to support my family

It does not need to to be so difficult to live here.

P.s

We only need 1 more Thai since our Marketing manager (Woman from Isan) ran off with a LOT of money so we will soon be over the limit again...

I don’t understand the mentality of some of the posters on this site who complain  that a person who has broken the law is arrested.

The last time I visited the UK my Aus passport was stamped “ Leave to enter for six months Employment and recourse to Public funds prohibited”

When my Thai wife came to Australia many years ago she was was prohibited from working until she obtained residency which took two years

So why the big outcry when it happens here.

If you break the law you face the consequences.

I've spent 20 years doing my homework.

Slow learner, eh. My sympathies; life ain't fair. Like transam, one of my friends has owned a small, successful factory for more than 10 years. Employs around maybe 8 Thais including the office manager. Sells product in the Thai market. European, speaks English and Thai fluently. On excellent terms w/ Immigration, never had any problems whatsoever, and even subscribes to the Police Magazine. Audited yearly, everything totally legal and above board. How did he do it? He knew what he was doing (degreed engineer, worked in Asia for years), good business sense, excellent personal skills, and had the money to invest. Does farangs proud . . . just head and shoulders above our crybabies and bigots here.

Then there's Bill Heinecke . . . .

Phony white immigrants are ruining south east Asia doing dirty jobs like teaching kids so they can molest them, or scamming people for money.  Thai immigration needs serious document verification work.

Dirty jobs like teaching kids?

There is nothing dirty about teaching kids.

Have you try abiding by the law? Not playing dart or bridge, not wartxhing porn, reportingwhen you leave the province, employ 4 Thais that you have no use of, stop at the red light, not driving under influence, respecting the speed limit,.....? If you did let me speak to the Pope and make you a saint.

Playing days or bridge is not against the law. In fact the royal Bangkok shorts club has a bridge room.
