Recommendation or Rheumatologist in bangkok

Featured Replies

Hello, I am seeking a rheumatologist in Bangkok, preferably someone trained in the United States, Europe or Australia, for consultation next month. Would appreciate it if you could recommend an experienced rheumatologist in Bangkok for a first time visitor.

At Bumrungrad Hospital:

Dr. Hiroshi
Dr. Virat
Dr. Porawat
Dr. Paranee

All of these are US trained and US board certified. They have among them slightly different areas of clinical interest. Go to the website www.bumrungrad.com and select find a doctor then specialty rheumatology and you will find detailed CVs.

I use Dr Kanyakorn at Bkk Hospital and find her to be excellent. USA trained and she’s very thorough and with perfect English. I had a rare condition that other Drs in town could not diagnose and I went to all the top rated ones. Strongly recommend Dr Kanyakorn

I went to see Porowat first and he had no idea what was wrong with me and my symptoms were very evident and pronounced. Saw some top dermatologists as well and they had no clue. It was Dr Kanyakorn and her dermatologist colleague who ran the proper tests to confirm my condition.  I then sent her findings alsong with blood work photos and X-rays yo the Bost Univ Head of Rheumatooogy and scleroderma and he confirmed Dr Kanyakorn diagnosis
