Hat Yai teen arrested for being drugs courier

By The Nation

Police have arrested a teenage girl in Hat Yai town, Songkhla and seized 80,000 meth amphetamine pills.

Pol Col Preecha Phandorn, chief of the narcotics suppression division of Provincial Police Bureau 9, said the17-year-old, who has not been named, was arrested at her rented apartment in Tambon Nam Noi, Hat Yai at 10am on Sunday.

Preecha said police had been tipped off that she had been supplying drugs in Hat Yai so he sent officers to watch her.

When they saw her coming out of her apartment building, they searched her and found 2,000 meth pills hidden in a lunch box she was carrying.

Police took her to her room, where they found 78,000 more meth pills.

The teenager said she had been hired by a local man Pannawit Nooket, 31, to stock and supply the drugs, receiving Bt5,000 for each delivery she made.

She said she had delivered most of the 300,000 pills in Pannawit’s latest shipment and only had 80,000 left.

What happened here??? Arrested??? That´s against the law. Do like with the recent police man and 60K pills. Just send him home to mama and papa and tell him straight to his face: "You can´t go to work no more!!!!"

If she is found guilty for this she should get the death penalty too!!!
