simonok
It isn't always the Police who stop Drunk Driving. In Canada the group called MADD ( Mothers Against Drunk Driving). They focus on 5 areas and have been very effective in making their peers more responsible with drunk driving. Could THAI private citizens band together and stop their peers/family from Drunk Driving ?
