I have Ubuntu 6.06 installed on my spare laptop but I am not as happy with it as I had hoped.

How can I uninstall Ubuntu, format the drive and go back to Windows XP?

Can anybody help me?

Stick your Windows CD in the PC, reboot, delete the Linux partition and create a new Windows...

You may have to delete the Linux partition from Ubuntu first. Open a shell, run 'fdisk /dev/hda' (or whatever your disk is called), then delete all partitions, write and save. Reboot.
