Hover your mouse over the poster's name in the upper left of the post. Click the down arrow. Click "send message."

And, if that doesn't make sense, the "in other words" dept. can be found in the next post.......

You run your cursor over the persons username and a drop down arrow will appear, under that select send message and away you go.
