Convicted Norwegian pedophile with HIV found living with Thai woman and married in Chaiyaphum

Crime Suppression Division police have arrested a 57 year old Norwegian man after information was received that he was dangerous following convictions for drugs and under age sex in his home country.

 

Police went to the room of Stig Kvale yesterday where a search revealed a computer notebook with many indecent images of children under the age of 18.

Kvale is said to be married to a Thai woman and has the HIV virus.

 

There were 11 cases of sex with minors and others for drugs against his name in Norway though Sanook did not make it clear if they were all past offences or whether he was wanted for some them.

 

He was taken to Chaiyaphum police station for questioning and will have his visa rescinded and be prepared for deportation.

Reading the article I didn't get the impression they were inferring one had anything to do with the other. Rather that 1) he likes kids and has been charged in the past, and in addition 2) he has HIV.

 

If he is sexually active, particularly without full disclosure or taking precautions, then there is a risk to others, namely his wife and any child victims.

 

Revealing his HIV status is pertinent to the story.

Stigmatize?  I dont see it that way. The sooner he is exposed the sooer his victims can be informed they have been exposed to te virus and be tested.

   The guy lives like a pig, sorry. There's so much porn and soft on YouTube, for god's sake, and other websites, even when you are not looking for that.

 

   Some downloaded Japanese photos would automatically get him prison time?

 

    Do they differentiate between real child porn and soft porn where actors  are getting paid and are old enough to do so? 

 

   My apologies, but aren't there many, especially single men,  who've got certain images and movies on their computers, perhaps for lonely times?

 

I'm not talking about nasty child porn now. Is it up to the DSI to decide what's too young?

Disagree. They may be trying to advise people who see his photo and had sex with him that he has HIV.  Good job IMO. Sorry he has HIV but doubt he told any of his sex adult partners or kids he abused. If caught committing a sexual crime and you are HIV positive then I hope they always advise the public in a press release. IMO protection of the innocent outweighs the privacy of the sexual predator.

I had a mate who was "dragged over the coals" by Thai airport immigration, because he visited Thailand to see his wife on the 8th occasion in 1 year !!!

I hope they deport him , but unfortunately he will get more luxury there and if he have to do any time , a luxury hotel room awaits him when he enters the Norwegian prison system . Anyway better to lock him up , he is a danger for both adults and kids.
