Tried Sick of it, i was after the first episode.! I do rather prefer Australian releases, yes they have a dialect, but a nice one i can understand easy, unlike the English that gets worse by the year.

Yup, Karl Pilkington is an acquired taste !!

He was okay in his Idiot Abroad travels but he does tend to play the “ thick as pig s#it “ card a little too much and becomes tiresome.

I’ll give it a miss I think !! ( and I’m English ! )

Mr Inbetween

Quite a quirky little Aussie series.
Really enjoyed the first 2 episodes.

First 2 episodes available, six in all.

Summary: In Mr Inbetween, Ryan plays "Ray Shoesmith," a father, ex-husband, boyfriend and best

friend: tough roles to juggle in the modern age.
Even harder when you're a criminal for hire.

It is similar but not as good as "Barry".

Some documentary about catching albacore tuna in USA on Netflix.

Good money for those tuna and it's fun watching them catch the fish but the downtime and arguements waiting for that to happen is hard to watch.

I like shows about catching Tuna.

Watching "Midnight Man"  James Nesbitt  3 part BBC thriller a few years old 6 I think ....so only one place has all these achieves-

He is a sacked jurno , doesn't like the sunlight so is reduced to going through prominent peoples dustbins in the wee hours, ...this ageing pop star had receipt from a kiddy porn site....sell that for a thousand quid to the newspapers. etc etc......of course in the end he stumbles on something big enough not to have to worry about money anymore.......one way or the other.

The Innocents

They have put the whole series on the net today---

I guess the first line of the review says it all.

"The Innocents is a teenage supernatural love story,"

They are shape shifters ...or something like that, Guy Pearce is staring in it, so I will look at the first episode to see, usually he is fairly decent stuff.

I download from youtube and then watch it

on TV via a usb

youtube is a great place to get stuff......if you know what you are looking for---someone tells you about a program --great , if they dont then you miss it . Its also good for a whole day of wandering around---great clips.

For James Nesbitt... "Occupation" was about the best TV Mini series he done, IMO 3 parts   https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1253869/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_18
