As another member said, you must file for divorce in Malaysia to protect your assets.

 

In all fairness to her, you should tell her you are filing for divorce. If she says OK, don't get upset!  Tell her it would be easier for everyone if she were to sign off.  This way she could get legally married again as well as you.
