TOT internet on the darkside

Featured Replies

Living in the Wat Nhongyai Area on the darkside and my internet connection is down for the last 2 days now? using my phone currently as an internet point.

anyone know what is going on?

when you call them I get 5 different explanations and all will call back but none every does....??

I don't know where is Nhongyai Wat, I am about 3 to 4 km from Suk, between Nerplabwan and Khao Talo.

I am very happy with True fiber optic since switching over in January from ToT. 650B to install, 799B/m for 50/20 Mbps.Signed up at Big C Tai with my passport only.

I asked my next door about True before jumping in, as I've heard that their service quality may vary from area to area.

today is the 3rd day no internet from TOT...
Go to your nearest ToT office in person with your customer number (take an old bill) and "inform of outage" that normally gets "someone" out to have a look.

Are you still using ADSL /VDSL ?

Best go to the central office (corner of Central and 3rd).

They have some people with basic English knowledge.

Such a long outage may have a serious reason like cable torn down.

I assume you have tried the obvious already (power cycle router and your devices).

Wat Nong Yai seems to be in the north?

Opposite side of Photisan rd./Bangkok Hospital?
