skimmer blocked in swimming pool

Looking for a comapny who has a industrial vacuum available to suck out a bunch of stones from the skimmer of a swimming pool

tried to blow them out previous with a pressure hose the other way but they didn't come out maybe with a powerful industrial vacuum we can suck them out?

Anyone knows where to get such a vacuum?

Do you really think your exiting pool water with stones intermixed in it is so clean the insertion of dirty pipes down the skimmer would contaminate it?

At my pool i have a small plastic basket at the skimmer intake to keep small objects out. How did it happen?
