No I don't but it simply is a reminder to buckle up. I always use seatbelts when driving or passenger in a car but usually can't even find the seatbelt in Thai taxi , they are stuck in side of seat or buried in seat. Now I look around pull them out and use.

    i don't think i have ever worn a seat belt in the back of a taxi so i guess that makes me stupid too and no doubt at least 90% of people.   And how does that sentence you quoted mean she was
