onlycw
Howdy, could you please recommend some affordable parcel service. No problem if the shipment will take a month or two. But Parcelforce's 137.xx GBP is way too much for me. Online searches produced courier services at much higher prices. Recommendations, please! Cheers! If you send 2 KG via the post office 'international signed for' service it costs about 22 pounds. Your main problem is going to be customs, forget about this negligible postage fee, it's the least of your problems. I find that the larger the box / value then the more attention it attracts. garrya
Simply Google "sending parcel to Thailand" and the first 10 hits will be different shipping, and delivery companies. My 25 kg boxes cost now roughly a £100 each. 15kg should be much less.
thaibeachlovers
I suggest you split it up and send it via post office surface mail in smaller boxes. Over a certain size/ weight it gets very expensive. Paper goes at a much reduced rate than goods, so send that separately. Of course, sending via post office always has the risk that it "vanishes" once it leaves the UK. thaibeachlovers
If it's only 15 kg, just bring it with you on your next trip to LOS.
