i want a compilation of good landlords in pattaya that

1] in accordance with the new law charges no more than 5 baht/unit

2] does not steal deposit when cancelling the stay

 

i havnt come across any such landlord myself during my 13 years here so i cant contribute at this point,

but by all means if you have, you're more than welcome to fill in the blanks

Can I nominate myself?...

I've a nice 1 bedroom condo available in SixtySix condo, Soi 1, Beach Road.

I've moved to Roi Et so it's just sitting empty at the moment.

Around 14,000 baht/month would do for mine.

I like to think I would qualify - 2br 2 bath, 117m2, on Pratumnak Hill.

Currently occupied but expected to be available at the back end of the year on long term lease - around 25K/month.

I suspect that quite a few people here will be pleased to read "landlords" and "hit and run" in the same sentence. Many would also like to see "real estate agents" included.
