Estonian man arrested after taking pictures of Chinese Women as they use the toilet.

A very strange story now from Pattaya’s Tourist Police Station located half-way up the Pratamnuk Mountain in South Pattaya. On Monday evening, the Tourist Police received a call from a Chinese Tourist who resides at the Pattaya Park Hotel in Jomtien.

She claimed that a fellow Tourist had come into the women’s toilet on the ground floor of the Hotel and took pictures of her and her friend inside the toilet cubicles. Police arrived at the Hotel and tracked down the suspected “Snapper”, Mr. Volf Oleg aged 37 from Estonia.

He saw Police and decided to make a run for it and at the same time destroyed his own camera. He failed to realize that the pictures were stored on a card inside the camera which remained intact and were easily retrieved by officers back at the Stationhouse.

Miss Zhang Zsuo aged 50 and Mrs. Liu Cui Feng aged 20 from China, identified the suspect at the Tourist Police Station who was subsequently charged with involving himself in lewd conduct in a public place.

He confessed to the charges as soon as he realized the pictorial evidence was in the possession of Police. He will now appear in court but is not expected to receive a custodial sentence.

ESTONIAN VOYEUR CAUGHT TAKING PHOTOS OF nud_e CHINESE WOMEN

The first the two nud_e Chinese women, Mrs Liu Cui Feng (23) and Miss Zhang Zsuo (30) in their bathroom at Pattaya Park knew anything was amiss was when they saw a European on the nearby balcony taking photos of them.

Alarmed, they sought the assistance of their Thai translator who remonstrated with the man. The incident occurred at 6.30 pm on 30th January.

The European, Mr Oleg Volf from Estonia, dropped his digital camera in his haste to escape, losing its memory card in the process. This 256 MB SD Card was later recovered by the police who were able to ascertain that the Estonian voyeur had indeed been taking photos of the nud_e women. He was not prepared to admit to the police, however, whether he wanted these photos for his own use or was going to sell them.

Volf was later charged with causing a public breach of the peace and also with overstay as his visa had long expired. He will be remanded into custody.
