SimonD
I'm going to Savannakhet for a Non-O multi based on marriage next week and wonder if the copies of our marriage certificate and registration documents need to be signed by either or both of us? I can't remember if we did that the last time in 2016 and this time I'm going alone. She has signed the copies of her ID card and Tabian Baan and I've got all the documents I need (I think): Application form plus two PP photos, My passport plus copy (signed), Marriage Certificate and Registration originals, Copies of above (signed or not?), Copies of wife ID card & Tabian Baan (signed), 5,000 THB fee. ubonjoe
Only your signature is needed on the marriage certificate. If you mean a Kor Ror 2 when you wrote registration documents it is not required. It can also be signed by you.

They will be the same unless they change the requirements for all applications. No difference at this time between the 1st or subsequent applications.
Requirement
Is the multiple NON-O in Savanakhet also available for applications based on having a child but not married? If yes, are the requirements the same?

james.d
I just returned from Sawannakhet for 1 year Non O based on marriage. Documents as mentioned above was all that was required and all very easy. I just thought i would add, that while paying for my Laos entry visa in USD, several of my dollar bills were rejected as being not pristine (the clerk did check each very carefully). We stayed Riverfront Hotel in Mukdahan, 780 THB for 2 persons with breakfast. In Sawannakhet we stayed in Avalon Residence 1,060 THB with breakfast. They allowed us to check-in at 12.15pm instead of 2pm. Paid for both from Traveloka via 7-11 as my credit card has expired. Hope this is useful to someone.

Last month we had a triple room with breakfast for 870.
