The big pooyai from the local PEA office is a Friday night regular at my local that specializes in imported and pricey beers. Sometimes he has a pint and leaves and other times he has a few pints and buys some cases of paeng mahk Belgian for a takeaway. I guess it's all based on how much he hives off the weekly money he gets for the provincial R&M budget.
