Latest news is that they are going to Spain, but not with the Aquarius rather with ships from the italian navy. Why? The excuse by the Aquarius captain is pathetic: it is not safe to sail to Spain. Translated: they were paid to take them to Italy.

Meanwhile, France is accusing Italy's behaviour as "disgusting". Nicely said from a country which used the army to block migrants crossing overland from Italy to France and isolated many others in the "zoo" at Calais.

If the EU doesn't get it right this time, the issue of the migrants will bring it down.
